What is Euro-Toques Ireland?
Euro-toques Ireland was created in 1986 by Mirtle Allen from
Ballymaloe House and with the
assistance of commissioners John Howard of Le Coq Hardi in Dublin, Declan
Ryan of Arbutus Lodge in Cork, and Gerry Galvin of Drimcong House in Galway. Euro-toques
Ireland members are committed to the principles of seasonality, sourcing
local food, knowing the origin of their ingredients, using
high quality ingredients and supporting small and local food producers.

During the reception, attendees were served sumptuous canapés
made with the award-winning products by Residence chefs and Euro-toques members Graham Neville & Peter Everett. I had a delightful afternoon enjoying great food and wine in a beautiful setting while chatting with professionals of the Irish food industry.
