It's that time of the year again... Taste of Dublin returns to the Iveagh Gardens from Thursday 16th of June to Sunday 19th of June. It's an opportunity for all you foodies to taste some dishes from 12 Dublin restaurants, (re)discover around 60 food exhibitors and attend cooking demos given by some of Ireland's favourite chefs.
The theme of this year's festival is 'homecoming' so they're flying some talented Irish chefs who work aboard such as Robin Gill, Anna Haugh and Stuart O'Keeffe to name just a few. They will also have some well-known Irish chefs giving cooking demos in the Electrolux Taste Theatre including Rachel Allen, Neven Maguire and Chapter one's Ross Lewis.
I've been to Taste of Dublin for the last few years and it's great craic if you go with food loving friends, especially when the sun is shining in the beautiful Iveagh Gardens.
